These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kkf8 and all products offered on the platform. By registering or logging in you accept these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and kkf8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the kkf8 website at kkf8.org, including all betting, gaming, promotional and account management services offered therein. By creating an account, logging in to an existing account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform. kkf8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use kkf8. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. kkf8 applies strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any funds held pending review under applicable regulations.
kkf8 provides services primarily to players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. kkf8 makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh, and access from such jurisdictions is at the user's sole risk and discretion.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on kkf8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If kkf8 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and void all related bets and bonuses without prior notice.
Account Registration and Security
When registering for a kkf8 account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. kkf8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials. The following account rules apply:
- You must register using your own name and personal mobile number. Using another person's identity or contact details is prohibited.
- You must not share your account password with any third party. kkf8 support staff will never ask for your password.
- You must notify kkf8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by emailing [email protected].
- Account information must be kept up to date. Outdated or false registration details may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- kkf8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice where a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
Deposits and Withdrawals
kkf8 processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively through supported mobile wallet channels. No card payments, bank transfers or cash deposits are accepted. All financial transactions are subject to the conditions set out in this section.
The minimum deposit amount on kkf8 is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay). kkf8 does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Any fee charged by your wallet provider is outside kkf8's control and responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. kkf8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.
All transactions on kkf8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. kkf8 does not process transactions in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion before or after a transaction is the sole responsibility of the player.
Bonuses and Promotions
kkf8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all kkf8 offers:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player account at a time. Attempting to activate a second bonus before completing the rollover of the first is not permitted.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. They have value only in the context of eligible gameplay on the platform.
- kkf8 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
kkf8 does not offer any bonus that requires a deposit before the wagering requirement has been disclosed to the player. All rollover conditions are stated clearly before any bonus is activated on a player account.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on kkf8 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
All bets are accepted subject to available funds in the player's kkf8 balance at the time of placement. Bets placed while a player's balance is insufficient will be rejected. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation notification is received within the platform. kkf8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including due to incorrect odds, system errors or manifest errors in published markets.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the relevant market has been settled, kkf8 reserves the right to void all bets related to that event and return stakes to player accounts. In live betting, if a connection is interrupted mid-event, bets accepted prior to the interruption remain valid unless the event itself is subsequently abandoned. Rules governing specific sports markets (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup) are published in the sports betting section of the platform.
All live casino games are delivered by third-party licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Game results are determined by the provider's certified RNG or live dealer outcome and are final. kkf8 does not interfere with game results and cannot reverse outcomes once a round has been settled by the provider. Disputes regarding casino game outcomes must be directed to kkf8 support in the first instance, who will liaise with the relevant provider where necessary.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kkf8. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform:
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, on the same or different devices.
- Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits or any third-party tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime using the platform's deposit or withdrawal infrastructure.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with kkf8 support.
- Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise permitting any third party to access or use your kkf8 account.

Intellectual Property
All content on the kkf8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and compilations — is the property of kkf8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the platform without prior written consent from kkf8.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkf8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failures, or the cost of substitute services. kkf8's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their kkf8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kkf8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkf8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the platform or the accuracy or completeness of any content thereon.
Amendments to These Terms
kkf8 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Changes to these Terms take effect immediately upon publication. Where a material change is made that significantly affects player rights or obligations, kkf8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on the player's account. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
